This is a freeware project.  Source code is in VB-3.

Allows changing of single, or multiple, file date/time stamps.

This utility is based on a DLL released as freeware by Rick Esterling [CIS: 73322,702], which he has copyrighted.  See README.DLL.  My source code and form are fairly basic.  Modify same to suit your needs.

Requires Visual Basic Windows 

keys:  utility date time visual basic vb freel

Use:  Across the top of the form are three text fields reflecting [1] the file date of the first file in the file listbox (that date will change if a different file is selected), [2] a textbox for adding your new file date and [3] a textbox for adding your new file time.

If you click on the "Today's Date" button the Date and Time boxes will be updated with you know what.  You can over-write either one of them with a date/time of your choice.

File selection is with standard Windows procedures; click to select, shift-click to select a range of files, control-click to select multiple individual files.

When you click the "Fix Date" button, zap they're changed.
